Sana Minerals (Pvt) Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated as a private limited company in 2004–2005. The principal activity of the company is manufacturing and marketing of ultra fine coated and uncoated ground calcium carbonate. The registered office of the company is situated at 139-Circular Road, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The company has installed Germen plant with latest state of the art Germen Engineer technology for grinding process upto the finest particle size of less than one micron. The quality of primary indigenous input, i.e; stone is purely white which is kept in bulk quantity at the factory premises according to the production planning by the management. Pakistan has major big marble quarries with sizeable reserves expected to last for several decades. The stone extracted from these quarries are ranked as having the best quality in the world. The rated production capacity of the plant range between 15,000 to 20,000 metric tons per annum and the management is in the process of expanding the existing capacity level at almost double capacity. The existing plant is totally automated with electronic PLC system which is being operated by highly qualified technical personnel. The production starts from jaw crushing which is being fed by heavy equipments Caterpillar Shavel. Manufacturing process also include ball mill which is capable to produce maximum finest particle size through usage of best quality grinding media & grinding aid. The manufacturing facility inter-alia the main plant & machinery also has the following related production equipments & facilities.

• Classifiers with a running capacity upto 6000 RPM.
• Efficiency of deducting blower and filter are with best quality.
• Packing department is fully automated
• All Computerizes weighing scales are quarterly calibrated.
• Finished goods are loaded by fork lifters.
• In- house most modern laboratory equipped with Malvern Instruments, U.K, Mastersizer 2000G.
• Our own caterpillar power generation plant with capacity of 2.5MW.

The total work force employed by the company are twenty seven (27) categorized into technical, non-technical & administrative staff. The entire team is extremely committed & loyal to achieve the objects of the company.
